 Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed or the order is accepted under the selected payment method.
 Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers. We do not store your complete card or banking details on our servers.
 If a payment fails or an amount is debited without an order confirmation, please contact our customer care team before placing another order.
 For unauthorised transactions, please contact your bank or payment provider and notify our customer care team.

Shipping Charges

 Free shipping on orders of ₹1,099 and above.
 A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹1,099.

Order Processing & Tracking

 Orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframe communicated on our website.
 Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.
 Orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate shipments where necessary.
 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations and unforeseen circumstances.
